Open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, find Medbrain, and remove it. Facebook then sends us a deletion request automatically, and we erase the conversation, the profile details we stored for it, and any files you sent, then reply with a confirmation code.
Vào Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, tìm Medbrain và gỡ bỏ. Chúng tôi sẽ xóa hội thoại, thông tin hồ sơ đã lưu và các tệp bạn đã gửi.

Records we are required to keep under Vietnamese tax and accounting law — invoices and payments, for example — are kept for the period the law requires. Deleting a conversation does not delete a clinic's own business records, which belong to that clinic.
