Medbrain operates a private business hub at medbrainlab.com used by our own staff to run our products and to talk to the dental clinics that are our customers. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to have it deleted.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or for targeting you on any platform. We do not use message content to train AI models.

Conversations are kept while the business relationship is active and for as long as we are required to keep business records. Records we hold under Vietnamese tax and accounting law are kept for the period that law requires. Anything else is deleted on request.
Ask us at contact@medbrainlab.com and we will delete what we hold about you. If you contacted us through Facebook or Messenger, you can also remove our app from your Facebook settings, which sends us an automatic deletion request — see the data deletion page for how that works and how to check its status.
